Bookings & Booking Confirmations

To confirm the booking a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required within the 5 days after the booking.

Kindly note that the accommodation tax is not included in the prices mentioned on the webpage.

Cancellation Policies

If the reservation will be cancelled less than 15 days before the arrival day, we keep the advance payment of 30%.

In case of force majeure, only when people cannot travel to us due to officially closed borders, we will convert the deposit into a credit that can be used later.

Pets & Children Policy

Children are of course welcome & up to 6 years old their stay is free of charge.

Pets are welcome for a small additional fee.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is at 15:00pm and Check-out is at 10:00am
